Stereo WAV files preferred
MP3 format is acceptable
AIFF and dual mono LEFT and RIGHT files accepted
 
Sample Rate and Bit Depth:
44.1kHz, 24-bit or higher preferred
32-bit floating point files can be used, but offer no additional benefits if your aim is in the -9 LUFS to -6 LUFS range.
 
Mix Level:
Aim for a level close to -6dB/-3dB
Avoid clipping; do not let the mix go into the red
